2. 　　1、同时完成两个钢桶底盖的内部位全方位喷涂，不流挂，涂膜一致；
   　　1. It complete the internal omnibearing spraying of the two drum top and bottom simultaneously without flowing and having consistant film.
3. 　　2、安装有2座喷涂工位，可适应多品种不同内涂层材料喷涂；
   　　2. Equipped with 2 sets paint spraying station and can be adapted to varieties of different internal coating materials.
4. 　　3、“文丘里”式水幕除尘装置及其引风装置，有效阻挡漆雾飞溅；
   　　3. Equipped with "venturi" type water curtain dust removal device and a wind guiding device, which can prevent the splashing of the paint mist effectively.
5. 　　4、通过触摸屏，对动力装置、喷涂漆量实施智能控制，并自动完成工艺调整；

6. 　　5、主传动链为封闭式工位回转式链运送传输，运转可靠；清理便捷；
